Homes conceived as living organisms by R·Evolution: the banyan inspired Eywa Tree of Life and the ocean inspired Eywa Way of Water, rising side by side above the Dubai Water Canal, built to restore the people who live in them.

EYWA is the regenerative residential brand of R·Evolution, a European developer with more than a quarter of a century of building behind it and twenty three completed developments across Europe. In Dubai it has done something no one had quite dared before: it has designed apartment buildings as living organisms, conceived to give back more than they take.
The forms come from the longest lived structures in nature. Eywa Tree of Life takes its architecture from the banyan, the sacred tree of life, and from the Southern Sky Column, the quartz sandstone pillar of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in China. Its sister, Eywa Way of Water, rises like a giant mangrove, with ceramic trunks and roots and the creatures of the reef moving across its skin.
Inside, the science of wellbeing meets the oldest knowledge of all. Both sites were chosen with specialists in Vastu Shastra, the ancient Indian art of building in harmony with the energy of the land. Daylight is drawn deep to support the circadian rhythm, air passes through MERV14 filtration with the option of natural ventilation, materials are non toxic, and the water is structured for drinking and balanced in pH for pools and baths.
EYWA’s own definition of regenerative living. The brand calls its approach Generation 5.0 architecture: buildings that actively restore life.
Every EYWA building is measured against four principles. Together they form what the house calls its DNA.

For people, and for the buildings and materials that shelter them. Nature already solved longevity; EYWA builds with it, taking its forms from the banyan and the mangrove, trees that grow stronger by giving.

Advanced technology married to ancient human knowledge: daylight for the circadian rhythm, filtered air, structured water, quiet rooms for breath, sound and stillness.

For the planet, and for the way a building is conceived, financed and constructed. EYWA goes further than sustaining. In its own words: sustainability maintains; EYWA restores.

Culture decoded into design, and stories told in stone, timber and water about what future generations will most need protected.

A building that grows like a banyan: open round columns, intertwining branches and trunks, roots visible from the outside, and greenery on every face.

Ocean around you, ocean inside you. A waterfront residence inspired by water itself, rising like a giant mangrove from the Dubai Water Canal.

Two to five bedrooms, duplexes and penthouses, each designed around daylight, clean air, natural materials and the view across the canal to the Burj Khalifa.

Saunas of salt and herbs, cryotherapy, Ayurveda, Japanese bathing and rooms made only for stillness. Healthy longevity, as EYWA puts it, is not a gift; it is a choice.

Alex Zagrebelny founded R·Evolution and is the visionary behind the Eywa movement. He describes his purpose as creating buildings that elevate the wellbeing and spirit of the people inside them, guided by the ancient principles of Vastu Shastra and yoga as much as by modern science. Under his leadership R·Evolution was named Luxury Boutique Developer of the Year at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards, and EYWA has grown from a single building into a global brand.
EYWA now travels. In Barcelona, Eywa Bac de Roda plants two hundred trees vertically and horizontally into its architecture, joined by Eywa 22 Palms. They extend a body of work by R·Evolution that spans twenty three completed developments and seven more in progress.
