A chef’s hands move with precision across a white plate, translating hours of training and creative vision into each component of a dish. At Rosewood London, these hands belong to the women whose daily work shapes every memorable meal the hotel serves.
Rosewood Foundation’s flagship program, Rise to the Table, was created to help drive systemic change by investing in the female talent carving the creativity and future of the industry. The initiative celebrates not merely the accomplishments of women already leading in kitchens and bars, but the emerging voices being elevated into positions where they can reshape hospitality itself.
From pastry chefs translating artistic vision into delicate creations to sous chefs managing service with quiet authority, the women at Rosewood London demonstrate the breadth of culinary expertise that defines contemporary luxury hospitality. The programme, which will run from 7 to 13 March 2027 at The Chancery Rosewood, is aimed at emerging female talent across food, beverage and hospitality, including chefs, bartenders, sommeliers and service professionals.
Participants will take part in a week long residency of professional coaching, industry dialogue and exceptional culinary experiences, followed by a year long mentorship journey with senior Rosewood leaders. Applicants must be at least 18, have a minimum of five years’ industry experience, speak and write English fluently, and be available to travel to London for the residency.
The programme reflects a fundamental truth: when a hotel invests in its female talent, it strengthens not only the plate but the entire institution that brings it to the table.
