A practitioner in white linen kneels beside a gold Tibetan singing bowl, striker suspended above its burnished rim. The gesture is one of preparation, of intention before sound begins. At The Mulia Bali, this quiet moment precedes the real transformation: one hour within Eden Garden where vibration becomes medicine.

The sixty minute personalized Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing session takes place daily from 6 am to 6 pm at Eden Garden, a private garden sanctuary within this resort in Nusa Dua. The generations old practice brings deep relaxation and harmony to the body through the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls by balancing the chakras.

You lie still on the ground as the certified practitioner strikes each bowl in sequence, placing them across your body. The tones ripple through muscle and bone, through the spaces between thought. The bowls are hand hammered brass, their surfaces worn smooth by generations of sound makers. Some sit gold and lustrous, others a deeper bronze. Each produces a distinct frequency, calibrated to resonate with different points within the body’s energy architecture.

The session requires no prior experience, no belief system, only your presence and twenty four hours’ notice to reserve. Book at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. For guests staying within the resort’s beachfront suites or private villas, this becomes one of those rare offerings that asks nothing of you except permission to rest, to receive, to let the oldest frequencies do their work.
