The Red Sea, the regenerative luxury destination on Saudi Arabia’s west coast, has opened its winter season with an irresistible invitation: savings of up to 40 percent on the Best Available Rate at a selection of its resorts until 30 November, as part of the Saudi Tourism Authority’s Saudi Winter programme.

Where the offers apply
Shebara, Desert Rock, Turtle Bay Hotel, InterContinental The Red Sea Resort, Six Senses Southern Dunes, SLS The Red Sea and Miraval The Red Sea offer between 30 and 40 percent off, with greater savings for longer stays at Shebara and Desert Rock. The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The Red Sea EDITION and Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island pair savings on stays with resort credit for dining and spa.
Beyond the stay come reduced transfers from Red Sea International Airport, 40 percent off seaplane flights to Sheybarah and Ummahat islands, 20 percent off yacht charters and private boat hire, 40 percent off experiences, and reduced admission to ADRENA, the destination’s adventure zone.

Experiences worth the journey
At Desert Rock, mornings begin with a guided hike through Al Sulaie Wadi between towering granite formations, before rock climbing or a via ferrata. Saudi cooking classes take place at Basalt’s open kitchen, the Listening Room holds around 400 vinyl records, and as night falls guided Arabian Astronomy reveals the constellations from The Observatory, reached by a 120 metre suspension bridge.

At Shebara, Galaxea’s guided snorkelling reveals coral gardens alive with parrotfish and angelfish, while WAMA offers paddleboarding and catamaran sailing. Seen from a seaplane, the island’s reflective overwater villas appear like pearls scattered across an endless canvas of blue. Dining ranges from the Nikkei flavours of iki.roe to the Amalfi inspired Ariamare.
At Rosewood AMAALA, the Restore with Asaya experience, valid for stays until 31 December, invites two guests to a 90 minute signature massage followed by a three course lunch at Asaya Lounge, with daily access to thermal areas and Sukūn Hour, the resort’s sunset ritual.

Winter offers are bookable until 30 November, with stay dates and inclusions varying by resort. Full details are at visitredsea.com.
