Darkness becomes the canvas at Ritz Carlton Geneva, where Dans le Noir unfolds an olfactory dinner experience across three acts, each one shaped by fragrances from MEMO Paris. The concept strips away sight to awaken every other sense, transforming the familiar into the unfamiliar and collapsing the boundary between perfume and palate.

MEMO Paris, the Parisian fragrance house known for its evocative compositions and travel inspired narratives, guides diners through each course. Before every act, one of three signature fragrances reveals the first clue to what awaits on the plate, its scent unwinding like a story told through aroma rather than words. In this darkness, a single whiff becomes the map; flavour becomes the destination.

The experience moves through three distinct acts, each one deepening the conversation between scent and taste. Diners relinquish their eyes and discover instead the architecture of flavour, the texture of ingredients, the intention behind each plate. The absence of sight sharpens everything else: the weight of a fork, the warmth of a dish, the layers of taste that sight so often overshadows.

This sensory journey runs from 20 November 2026 through 31 January 2027 at the Ritz Carlton Geneva. Reservations and pricing are available through the Ritz Carlton’s dedicated website for this programme.
