Yas Marina Circuit opened its 5.55 kilometre racing line to participants of Beladi, the national military programme under the UAE Ministry of Defence dedicated to preparing Emirati youth for national service. The session combined the discipline of motorsport infrastructure with the fundamentals of physical readiness, transforming the famous track into a venue for conditioning and team cohesion.

Young servicemen and women moved across the circuit on foot and by bicycle, their golden programme shirts visible against the night illumination of the venue. The activities centred on running and cycling drills, each designed to build both endurance and the mental resilience required of those entering military service. The track itself, with its clean asphalt and professional dimensions, served as an ideal setting for sustained effort and measured progress.

Beyond physical training, the session reinforced the values that define Beladi: discipline, fitness and the commitment to national service. Yas Marina’s role extended beyond providing facilities; the circuit became a symbolic space where youth engage with excellence and precision in pursuit of readiness. This partnership reflects the circuit’s broader commitment to the community and its recognition that national preparedness begins with foundational physical conditioning and the cultivation of habits that endure beyond training itself.
