Agua Bendita returns to the ocean with Catch, a collection steeped in the visual language of seaside abundance. Small fish swim across cream linen in shades of coral, navy and ochre, their delicate forms embroidered by hand across bikini tops and matching pareos. The stripes that have long been synonymous with the Colombian brand’s aesthetic appear here in natural fibre, interrupted by these playful marine motifs that transform each piece into wearable storytelling.
Crochet textures layer beneath the embroidery, adding dimension and lightness to silhouettes cut for the body rather than abstracted from it. The top arrives as a simple, scoop necked triangle with adjustable straps in coral cord; the low rise pareo sits at the hip, its hem finished with delicate knotted ties. Nothing about Catch demands attention through complexity. Instead, the collection whispers its intentions through restraint and the quiet confidence of pieces made to be worn, not merely admired.
Each garment carries the signature of Agua Bendita’s Bogotá atelier, where traditional techniques meet contemporary sensibility. The hand embroidery speaks to hours of labour, to the hands that traced each fish into being. Worn together or separately, these pieces read as the wardrobe of someone who understands that luxury lives not in logos but in the quality of the linen, the precision of the stitch, and the joy of wearing something made with genuine care.
