The Fleurette Collection emerges from a conversation between two design disciplines: Estée Lauder’s daughter Aerin Lauder, whose eye for interiors has shaped a beauty and home empire, and Kohler, the American plumbing and design house with more than a century of craft behind it. What unites them is a reverence for ceramics that transcends function, for the kind of pieces that move between utility and art.

Lauder drew inspiration from her own collection of Delftware, those blue and white porcelain treasures originally gathered by her grandmother. The pieces speak a visual language of quietude and restraint: soft floral motifs scattered across creamy ceramic, the kind of decoration that whispers rather than demands. This sensibility now translates to bathroom fixtures that carry genuine presence without grandeur. The pedestal sink wears delicate blue florals across its base and basin rim; the toilet seat echoes the same modest ornamentation. Each element was conceived to integrate into a room as you might place a cherished ceramic on a shelf, with intention and grace.

The palette remains deliberately restrained. White ceramic provides the foundation, allowing small blue botanical details to anchor the eye without overwhelming the space. The proportions of each piece respect the classical vocabulary of bathroom design, yet the decorative treatment elevates them beyond the purely utilitarian. Brass fixtures in antique finishes ground the collection in a warmer, more domestic register than contemporary chrome or stainless steel.

What emerges from this collaboration is neither a bathroom collection styled as décor nor decorative objects forced into function. Instead, the Fleurette pieces represent a genuine merger: fixtures conceived with the same attention to material, proportion and ornamental detail that defines a ceramic artist’s work. They acknowledge that the rooms where we begin and end each day merit the same thoughtfulness we extend to our most treasured objects.
