Zero Motorcycles introduces the LS3, a new electric scooter engineered for city riding with genuine range beyond daily commutes. Making its European debut at EICMA 2026, the LS3 arrives in Europe during spring 2027 with a thoughtful blend of performance and practicality that speaks to the evolved ambitions of urban mobility.

The machine achieves up to 150 kilometres of range through three onboard battery options, a specification that transforms the scooter from a pure urban tool into something capable of weekend excursions. Peak output reaches 12.7 kilowatts, delivering a 120 kilometre per hour top speed that sits comfortably between spirited city riding and genuine highway capability. Onboard charging runs at 1.8 kilowatts via a Type 2 inlet, practical infrastructure that reflects how electric two wheelers now integrate into daily life.

Comfort receives genuine attention. Heated grips and a heated seat address the reality of year round riding in European climates, while a standard top box and flexible under seat storage accommodate the demands of commuting and errands without requiring aftermarket additions. The digital realm connects through an integrated app due to launch from Zero Motorcycles, enabling riders to monitor battery, plan routes and manage their machine from a smartphone.

Camera systems front and rear serve dual purposes: security against incident and a record of the journey itself, features that reflect how modern riders document and protect their time on the road. The design carries the distinctive proportions of the LS lineage, favouring stability and a lower centre of gravity over dramatic styling, with colour options including striking blue and clean white finishes visible across the photography.

This is Zero Motorcycles’ considered response to European urban demands: genuine engineering beneath an approachable aesthetic, enough range to expand beyond fixed routes, enough comfort for all seasons, and the intelligence to talk to your pocket. The spring 2027 European launch marks a significant moment for the brand’s European expansion.
