Most fleece worn today carries the synthetic stamp of polyester, its quilted comfort a reliable default. Visvim has spent several years pursuing an alternative, and with the Barlow P.O. pullover jacket, the label’s vision has crystallised into something both technically sophisticated and remarkably wearable.

The garment’s shell is constructed from a knitted wool fleece developed specifically for this season, a material that upends the conventional fleece formula. One hundred percent wool, the fabric possesses a knitted structure that eliminates the need for coating or lining altogether. Unlike woven cloth, the knit construction grants it a degree of elasticity that moves with the body, absorbing and releasing with ease. The result feels natural and supple rather than engineered, its warmth and breathability the quiet gifts of wool that synthetic alternatives struggle to replicate.

Visually, the Barlow arrives in cream and black, each version marked by a calm utility. A single chest pocket sits at centre, while snap buttons close the front placket. The silhouette is generous without excess, the sleeves relaxed and full. The pressed finish renders the surface smooth and composed, the kind of garment that softens with wear.
WMV Clothing and Harmony
The Barlow launches as part of Visvim’s WMV Clothing and Harmony campaign, a seasonal initiative that articulates the label’s philosophy through expanded retail environments and curated collections. The campaign runs across three locations: Artwork in Kumamoto from 31 October through 8 November; 10 Corso Como in Seoul from 30 October through 8 November; and WMV Visvim Carmel from 27 November through 6 December.
