A scarf layered in geometric abstraction and striped bands, fringed at the hem in black and blush. A skirt cut from navy cloth printed with oversized red peonies. A shirt in rich plaid, navy and burgundy meeting cream. These are the pieces that Henrik Vibskov has chosen to resurrect for his 25th anniversary, each one a small monument to the experimental vision that has animated his practice across two and a half decades.

The Archive Collection draws from the designer’s library of memorable work, revisiting the silhouettes and proportions that have defined his world: the bold graphic prints rendered in his signature palette of deep blues, warm earth tones and jewel colours; the unexpected proportions that make conventional dressing feel like play; the decorative details that transform cloth into something with visual weight and personality. What emerges is less a nostalgic return than a conversation between past and present, each piece speaking to the experimental spirit that has always driven his work.

Vibskov’s archive is dense with incident. Geometric forms cut through knits and prints. Prints layer and collide with one another, creating visual richness through contrasting scales and colour relationships. Proportions shift: a collar becomes architectural, a hem extends or contracts, a line bisects fabric unexpectedly. The collection reads as a retrospective not through literal reproduction but through the recognition of visual signatures that buyers of his work will instantly understand.

The designer has long worked at the intersection of pattern, volume and colour, creating pieces that sit somewhere between wearable art and everyday garment. These archive selections carry that same intelligence, that same refusal to settle for the ordinary or the merely comfortable. Worn together or apart, they speak of 25 years of serious play.
