The Hari Bar pairs espresso with cocktails this November

The Hari’s bar trades its early morning rhythm for something altogether more spirited this November. From the 9th to the 29th, the space becomes a laboratory for two special edition cocktails developed in collaboration with Boutique Brands, a pairing that dissolves the familiar boundary between the coffee shop and the cocktail bar.

The concept feels inevitable yet clever. Espresso carries an inherent intensity, a bitter complexity that asks questions of spirits and mixers. Rather than drowning the ingredient in sweetness, the collaboration respects the coffee’s character, letting it define the drinks rather than merely flavour them. The timing, aligned with National Espresso Day, gives the initiative a sense of occasion without feeling forced.

The Hari Bar’s own aesthetic lends itself naturally to this kind of playful reinvention. Soft cream seating sits beneath walls of golden flowering branches, illuminated by warm lanterns that catch the evening light. The space holds a certain botanical serenity, a quality that somehow makes both a morning cortado and a sophisticated evening drink feel equally at home. It’s the kind of venue where a guest might move seamlessly from one ritual to another.
