The Lounge unveils refined new dishes for Munich’s discerning palate

The Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Munich now serves a collection of new dishes that marry contemporary refinement with the unhurried rhythms of genuine hospitality. A fillet of sea bass, its skin darkened to golden bronze, settles on a slate blue plate with geometric precision, garnished with spring onion and delicate pearls of citrus. Carpaccio of beef, gossamer thin and arranged across a crescent of white porcelain, carries the weight of hand sliced perfection.
