Carnistore returns to Alserkal Avenue on 14 November for CarniVibes: Curbside Alchemy Vol. 5, a street food gathering that has quietly become one of Dubai’s most anticipated culinary evenings. For its fifth edition, the event expands its reach across the region, bringing together chefs from Amman, Beirut and Dubai to cook live over flame, each interpreting Carnistore’s premium proteins through their own culinary lens.

Chef Tarek Alameddine arrives from Beirut with the fifth ranked restaurant on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list. His Bone Marrow Burger represents the creative approach to Lebanese cuisine that has earned Beihouse both Best Restaurant in Lebanon and Highest New Entry. From Amman, Chef Qais Malhas of Shams El Balad, ranked 26th and named Best Restaurant in Jordan, brings Mahshi Drumsticks: chicken leg lollipops stuffed with spiced rice and minced meat, finished with chicken reduction drawn from Levantine tradition.

Chef Gabriela Chamorro, whose Duck Confit Flautas have made Girl & the Goose a fixture at number 43 on the same list, brings Central American fire to the evening. Her crispy rolled tortillas, filled with shredded duck and smoky salsa, sit alongside Chef Mirette Aly’s Carni Luhv Beef Sandwich. Aly, co founder of TLT Concept, braises beef with rose, hibiscus and pomegranate, layers it into Alexandria fino bread and finishes it with pistachio gremolata and pickled cucumber. Chef Amin Ebra of Iranish and Aatish closes the line up with bold Persian cooking: Koobideh and Bread featuring minced beef and lamb with onions, and Psychedelic Lamb Chops with yoghurt, cucumber and homemade yoghurt drink.

What began as a grassroots gathering has evolved into an evening that moves between food stations with live music, a relaxed come as you are atmosphere, and the practical warmth of a community celebrating food without pretence. Four legged companions are welcome.

CarniVibes runs from 4pm to 9pm on Saturday, 14 November at Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz.
