Elan Café’s festive Disney collection brings holiday magic to every sip

Elan Café has crafted a festive menu that channels the whimsy of Disney’s most cherished characters, transforming nostalgia into confection and comfort into ceremony. Each creation carries the unmistakable signatures of Mickey and Minnie, rendered through meticulous pastry work and layered with flavours that belong entirely to the season.

The Sweetheart emerges as the collection’s centrepiece: a dome of red glaze crowned with Minnie’s iconic polka dots in white chocolate, sitting atop a pale green base, with a pink bow perched at the apex. Beneath lies white chocolate bavaroise threaded with milk chocolate, all anchored to a chocolate sponge and cookie foundation. It is a study in architectural restraint and playful colour, the kind of dessert that photographs as beautifully as it tastes.

The Oh Boy Gingerbread Latte channels Mickey’s warmth in every measure: house double shot espresso marries gingerbread syrup and steamed milk, crowned with whipped cream and sticky gingerbread sauce, then finished with an iced gingerbread biscuit formed in Mickey’s silhouette. The drink is served hot or iced, each version a different pleasure.

Alongside these stand the BOW tiful Churro Shake, the Clubhouse Pretzel Cocoa, and the Toasted Polka Mocha, each name a knowing nod to the characters that inspired them. The Signature Stack and The Original offer further variations on the theme, while Fantasia rounds out the collection with its own distinct character.

The menu runs through 10 January 2027 at selected UK locations, making this a moment to seek out Elan Café and experience these creations while the season still holds.
