On Thursday, 31 December 2026, from 7 PM until midnight, the restaurant unfolds its doors to couples, families and friends seeking a refined close to the year. Prime beef features prominently on the menu, its deep seared exterior giving way to tender flesh, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and carefully considered sauces. The dining room itself maintains an understated warmth, its lighting soft enough to encourage lingering conversation yet sufficiently assured to complement the kitchen’s work.

Guests may choose between à la carte ordering, allowing full autonomy in their selections, or a specially composed set menu that guides the evening’s progression.
