Chef Tom Meyer, whose command of refined French cuisine has earned him two Michelin stars at La Chèvre d’Or in Èze and the distinction of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, arrives at La Crique in Phuket for a two day residency this December. The collaboration marks a rare crossing of culinary worlds, as his methodical, technically masterful approach to contemporary French cooking meets the warm Mediterranean light of a Thai island resort.

Meyer’s cooking draws deeply from his setting: seasonal produce, the sea’s daily offerings and a precise understanding of how place shapes flavour. At La Chèvre d’Or, perched above the Côte d’Azur, his kitchen has refined this sense of geography into every course. Now, for 4 and 5 December, La Crique’s open pavilion facing the Andaman Sea becomes the temporary stage for the same rigorous sensibility, adapted to the ingredients and light of Thailand.

Lunch begins at THB 4,400 for food alone, with wine pairing at THB 2,500. Dinner costs THB 5,900 for the menu alone or THB 3,000 with wine. Reservations may be made through La Crique, Trisara, by email at fb@trisara.com, by telephone on +66 (0) 76 683320 or via WhatsApp at +66 62 245 4784.
