InnerG Opens First Abu Dhabi Studio: Movement Reimagined

InnerG, a distinctly UAE homegrown fitness studio, has inaugurated its first location at Space42 Arena in Abu Dhabi, bringing with it a refreshingly expansive philosophy centred on the concept of Energy in Motion. Founded by Rafif Tarek Alhassen, the studio represents a considered departure from the notion of one singular approach to movement, instead embracing the notion that every individual requires something different from their wellness practice.

Groove celebrates dance and creative expression; Glow encompasses mindful movement and wellbeing; Grit draws from combat, discipline and resilience; and Growth centres on the transformative potential of Reformer Pilates.
