Warm golden light spills across wooden floors and illuminates the arched alcove where weights and resistance rings rest on shelves. InnerG Studios has opened at Space42 Arena in Al Raha Beach, a thoughtfully designed wellness space that refuses to confine movement to a single discipline or philosophy. Following its grand opening on 16 October, the studio welcomes individuals and families to explore four complementary pillars, each one a complete pathway to physical wellbeing and self expression.
InnerGrowth centres on Reformer Pilates, the precision driven practice of control and stability. InnerGlow encompasses yoga, breathwork, sound healing and high intensity conditioning through HIIT and Tabata formats. InnerGrit brings together combat disciplines: boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, each building technique and resilience. InnerGroove celebrates rhythm through dance, from Zumba to other styles that channel creativity into movement. Programming extends to children, with dedicated classes in combat and dance.
The philosophy runs deeper than variety. Community sits at InnerG’s core, the recognition that sustainable movement practice thrives when people feel welcomed, supported and connected. Whether someone arrives for their first Pilates session, steps into a martial arts class for the first time, or joins a dance group, the studio honours individual pace and progress. Members can complement existing routines with new disciplines, discover activities aligned with their goals, and move through different stages of life within a single, welcoming destination.
InnerG Studios is located at Space42 Arena, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. Classes for adults and children are available across all four disciplines. Information, booking and class schedules are available at innerg.ae or by calling +971 50 174 1433.
