The 911 reimagined by Singer becomes a study in obsessive personalization when the owner’s vision extends to every touchpoint. This example, finished in Light Poppy, runs the colour scheme through carbon fibre track seats, doors, steering wheel, dash trim and rear cabin cross brace, creating an interior of rare coherence and intent. The leather wraps around Driver focused ergonomics; the effect is one of immersion rather than mere luxury.
The engineering beneath speaks with equal conviction. Singer’s DLS Turbo programme, limited to 99 restorations, pairs a twin turbocharged 3.8-litre flat six engine producing 710 horsepower with a chassis refined across decades of 911 knowledge. The engine itself marries turbocharging expertise with the high revving, four valve per cylinder architecture that defined the 911 in its golden years. The result feels both potent and purposeful on track.
Visually, the car announces its focus through aggressive expression: a larger rear wing and more assertive front fascia carved from carbon fibre work together with magnesium centre lock wheels, also finished in Light Poppy. The owner has specified two sets, the second wearing exclusive turbofan style wheel covers available only to DLS Turbo clients. Behind them sit CCM R carbon ceramic discs with champagne calipers, the metallic finish a deliberate contrast to the car’s saturated hue.
Inside, the instrument cluster tells its own story. DLS Turbo floating gauges occupy bespoke housings anodized to match the interior bright trim, which itself has been finished in colorless anodizing and appears across climate controls, dashboard accordion pulls, window handles and the drive mode selector. The decision to use anodized rather than chromed finishing speaks to weight consciousness and a fastidious attention to material authenticity; nothing glitters here unless it serves purpose.
The Light Poppy palette, applied across exterior, wheels, interior trim and leather, demonstrates the owner’s confidence in colour and their understanding that true personalization flows from commitment rather than compromise.
