The whale tail spoiler and shark fin side air intake catch the light first, their carbon fibre construction a modern whisper against the car’s Ice Green Metallic skin. Singer Vehicle Design has reshaped a classic 911 coupe through its Classic Turbo services, distilling decades of air cooled engineering into a single, gleaming statement. The ice green deepens as you circle the body, interrupted only by Hunter Green Fuchs style wheels wearing satin black backgrounds and trim finished in soft touch satin black, a reference to the rubberised details of the period.

Beneath the rear decklid sits the engine that defines the entire endeavour: a 3.8 litre, twin turbocharged air cooled Mezger flat six. It produces 510 horsepower, breathing through air to water intercooling and variable geometry turbochargers, married to a chassis that promises both road trip composure and the sharp focus required for spirited driving.

The cabin reveals Singer’s attention to proportion and purpose. Eight way sport seats upholstered in Hunter Green leather frame the driver and passenger, their centre panels and the doorcards trimmed in bespoke tartan fabric. It is a marriage of performance and the refined domestic, a place where the machine and the human meet as equals.

This 911 exists at the intersection of restoration and reimagining, where the past informs every detail but refuses to bind it. The result feels inevitable, as though this is precisely what the classic 911 might have become had history permitted a different path.
