Roja orchestrated an evening where the boundaries between fragrance, visual art and live performance dissolved into something altogether more graceful. Guests moved through the National Gallery’s galleries after hours, the space belonging entirely to them, before gathering for dinner where a live illustrator preserved the unfolding moments in real time.

The evening’s aesthetic was distinctly composed. Women moved through the galleries in considered evening dress: a gold silk gown caught the warm light, its liquid drape elegant against the deep crimson damask walls. A purple column of fabric created its own sculptural presence. Against the gilt frames and old master paintings, these contemporary silhouettes made their own quiet statement. Roja fragrances gleamed on the dining table, their golden and amber glass bottles arranged among white and lilac blooms, catching the glow of candles in a scene that felt both intimate and ceremonial.

What made the night particular was the presence of the live illustrator, transforming ephemeral moments into permanent marks on paper. Each gesture, each conversation, each glance towards a masterpiece became visual record. The fragrance house, known for its richly composed scents and the graphic sophistication of its packaging, created an experience where beauty moved beyond the bottle into something collaborative and communal. The night became art in itself, documented by hand as it unfolded.
