The company is officially recognised as a vehicle manufacturer by Germany's Federal Motor Transport Authority.
Its vehicles are in use in more than 105 countries.
It builds VIP vans, stretched limousines and armoured vehicles based on the Mercedes-Benz V Class and Sprinter, as well as Rolls-Royce and Land Rover models.
Production and the showroom are in Minden, North Rhine Westphalia.
