In Geneva, AKHOR suspends time in poised equilibrium, a floating dial of rare serenity crowned by the Poinçon de Genève.
Founded by Anissa Bader.
The name joins Akh, the Ancient Egyptian notion of the immortal force of the soul, with or, evoking the nobility of materials.
Its debut collection, Le Temps en Équilibre, creates the illusion of a floating dial through a patented architecture of two suspended discs.
Every watch is driven by the in house, hand wound AK10 calibre, beating at 4 Hz with a power reserve of 60 hours.
The collection carries the Poinçon de Genève alongside chronometer certification from both COSC and the Observatoire Chronométrique de Genève.
The upper dial lifts and floats above the lower, the hands half revealed between the levels.
New stories from AKHOR arrive here as we publish them, straight from the house.
Every timepiece is best discovered in person: on the wrist, in the hand, and in the company of those who made it.
Every house in this collection has its own world on Simply Luxury.
The AKHOR name belongs to its owners. Stories on Simply Luxury are drawn from the house's own published content. Illustrations by Simply Luxury.
